we aim to respond within 3–5 business days. plaintxt is a small project — we do not have a 24/7 support operation. billing issues via Stripe can often be resolved faster through the Stripe customer portal (accessible from settings).

read your messages — they are encrypted, we have no key

recover plaintext from deleted or burned messages

recover a lost private key — it never left your browser

restore a burned or expired identity

see your private conversations or contact history

browser: name and version (e.g. Firefox 125, Chrome 123)

device: desktop / mobile / tablet, OS

url: the exact page URL where the issue occurred

description: what you did, what you expected, what happened

debug info: copy it from settings → security note → [copy debug info]. it redacts all secrets — safe to send.
